Yes, the house was beautiful. Four bedrooms, each with its own full bath. A glass-railed staircase, a stunning kitchen with cabinets that touched the ten-foot ceiling they rested on. French doors lead to the patio with its outdoor kitchen. Everything was perfect, but that is not why we bought this home. We bought it because of the builders.

Michelle and Alfonso shared with us the love that they had put into this home. They were proud of it. Proud of the details they had labored to create. The level five walls and paint, the quality flooring, the unique kitchen backsplash, and the stove exhaust fan that actually vented to the outside of the house. The extra ways the house had been built, more than the building code required, to make it hurricane-proof. The reason we bought this home was because of who built it.
